Earlier this year we had to replace our heat pump. Lynette was very helpful and patient with putting together a number of quotes before we made our final decision on the which system to purchase.

On November 13, 2016, due to wildfires in our neighborhood, we were required to evacuate our home in Lookout Highlands. We packed up a few of our possessions and moved into a local hotel. Within a few minutes of checking in, my cell phone rang. It was Michael, checking to make sure we were safe. He asked if we needed anything that he could help with. This kind gesture of concern was above and beyond what we ever expected from someone I see maybe twice a year.
Billy, you have two exceptional employees! Not only are they professional, they are genuinely sincere and helpful. Keep up the great work – we will be long-term Reeves customers.
Lynnette, I just wanted to comment your great service. During the Christmas holidays I experience an HVAC problem with the heat pump condenser freezing up during cold temps the day before Christmas- Brad came out and found and repaired a leak and recharged the system - two days later (day after Christmas) I experienced a different problem with auxiliary heat (not heat pump) when temps dropped to low teens - Brad came out again found the issue immediately and repaired.
